Hello,
We run pre-order system where items are prepared only after payment has been made.
Shipping usually takes 7 to 10 working days for international delivery, if your order contains out-of-stock items, then it may take few extra days for preparation.
EMS tracking information will be available once items are dispatched, takes maximum of 4 days to reach your doorstep.
If you order today (July 30, 2014), expected date of delivery dispatch is on or before August 13, 2014..
Tracking number will be sent to you via E-mail, you can also check at MY PAGE >> ORDER LIST and by clicking on the order number.
If you have other inquiries regarding the delivery, don't hesitate to contact us!
