Okay I already contacted customer service and Eximbay and have not yet received an email back from both.
I made my payment through my debit card and suddenly i'm required to make a bank transfer?
I never made a bank transfer in my life.
May i receive back a full refund? EDIT: Its okay it's fine. Don't cancel it. I didn't understand the email correctly!
